Le 2 décembre 2019, FITIMA a organisé une conférence-débat visant à célébrer la Journée Internationale du Volontariat. L'événement a été marqué par la présence de Madame Hawa Dramé, présidente de FITIMA, qui a pris la parole pour sensibiliser les jeunes filles sur leurs droits et encourager leur engagement.
